Our hire spaces include the Pavilion, Glasshouse and Spiral Garden which can be booked separately or combined to accommodate your particular event. The Pavilion is a large seating area, open to the gardens & grounds with a canvass roof. The Glasshouse is a multifunction space with counter/bar area, audio system and open space for workshops, movement or dancing.
All our hire spaces are north facing to our beautiful gardens and grounds, bordered by picturesque 100 year old fig trees. Your guests will delight in the gardens & grounds, moving effortlessly from indoor to outdoor spaces during your event.

The Spiral Garden is an outdoor space with seating for 20 guests expandable to 40 seated (or more standing).
The Pavilion includes table seating for 60 guests but is expandable to 80. It is beautifully lit by festoon and fairy lighting and has an integrated professional audio system (with two channels combining the Glasshouse and Pavilion).
The Glasshouse capacity is 45 guests standing/cocktail style and includes a bar/counter. It is illuminated with state of the art LED lighting which is dimmable and colourful, allowing you to set the perfect mood. They combine with our starlight fairy lights and bar spotlights to give a majestic indoor effect.
